Users may only join existing servers through invitations from existing members. New users cannot create servers. Server administrators have the right to manage server membership and remove users who violate these Terms.
Alliance leaders (R5) and managers (R4) are responsible for managing their alliances in accordance with these Terms. All alliance activities must comply with applicable laws and these Terms of Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CommandHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or post on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
