1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CommandHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CommandHub is an alliance management platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage alliances within game servers
• Coordinate daily train assignments and schedules
• Organize tournaments and events
• Manage alliance members and roles
• Create and enforce rules for alliance operations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Alliance Management

5.1 Server Membership

Users may only join existing servers through invitations from existing members. New users cannot create servers. Server administrators have the right to manage server membership and remove users who violate these Terms.

5.2 Alliance Operations

Alliance leaders (R5) and managers (R4) are responsible for managing their alliances in accordance with these Terms. All alliance activities must comply with applicable laws and these Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CommandHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or post on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CommandHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
